How do I refund a payment to my customer?

To refund a payment back to your customer, open the app and tap ‘Get Paid’ > ‘Card Reader’> then select the payment you wish to refund and tap ‘Refund This Payment’. 

We’ll be notified to get back to you in the in-app chat with the next steps.‘Payments’ > ‘Cards’ > select the card > ‘Add to Google wallet’.

You don’t need to manually enter your card details - Tide sends your account details to Google Pay to be verified.
