We require the following:
Independent website – Your company's website
Online marketplace – Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or a specialized marketplace
Social media profiles – Your company's professionally used social media pages
LinkedIn – Your professional profile to confirm your expertise in your company's stated field of activity.
Yelp.com or equivalent platforms
If you are unable to provide any of the above documents, please send us the documents you have available. We will review them in any case, but will likely request one of the following documents.
Alternatives
Proof of physical presence, e.g., signed lease or property ownership (specific to the trade/company name)
Proof of advertising
Proof of membership or affiliation with a relevant professional organization
Proof of qualifications
Invoice with the corresponding bank statement
Offers from suppliers
Offers to customers
Business receipts and corresponding bank statements
Signed employment contract
Signed service/supplier/distribution agreement
Proof of training, e.g., confirmation of participation or certificate from the provider
If you provide alternative proof, we may ask you to provide multiple pieces of proof.
If you send a photo of a document, please make sure that the entire document is clearly visible.
* Your social media page(s) must provide a clear overview of your business activities and customer base. For relatively new pages, we may ask for further proof.
