A “No Match” result means the name you entered does not exactly match the name held by the recipient’s bank. Even small differences can cause this. For example:
Using a nickname instead of the full legal name (e.g., “Tom” instead of “Thomas”).
Entering the business’s trading name instead of its registered legal name.
Typos, extra spaces, or missing middle initials.
The recipient’s bank records being slightly different from what they provided to you.
If you’re sure the IBAN is correct, we recommend:
Checking with the payee to confirm the exact account name as it appears on their bank records.
Updating the details in your payment to match what they provide.
Only proceeding if you are confident you are paying the right person or business.
⚠️ If you’re not sure, do not continue with the payment until you’ve confirmed the details—this is to protect you against fraud.
