- Via the in-app chat: Tap the Support tab at the bottom of your screen and select Start a New Request. You will then be able to send us a message, and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
- If you lose your phone, email us at email@example.com, and we can help cancel your card and freeze your account.
