£50VOUCHER Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers £50 gift voucher (“Reward”) to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 below (the “Offer”). The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
  2. In order to receive the Offer, the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria as follows (“Eligibility”): 
    1. Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 3).
    2. Follow the steps to complete (“KYC”) checks and successfully open an account between 1st December – 31st March 2024 (“Offer Period”).
    3. Successfully spend £100 on your Tide card within 1 month of opening the account, excluding any disputes and recharges.
    4. Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the Reward under this Offer pursuant to clause 4.b) below.
  3. The applicant is required to enter the promo code “£50VOUCHER” (“Promo Code”); 
    1. While signing up for a Tide business bank account during the Offer Period on https://web.tide.co/sign-up/, or
    2. While signing up via the app, or
    3. Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s More menu within 1 week of opening their account, or
    4. By letting us know through the in-app chat within 1 week of opening their account.
  4. Reward
    1. Each applicant who has successfully met the Eligibility criteria under clause 2.a), b), c) and d), will receive a £50 gift voucher (“Reward”).
    2. The Reward is limited to one voucher per Tide Membership.
    3. The Reward will arrive at the e-mail address you provided in your Tide Membership application. 
    4. It can take up to 6-8 weeks after you have met the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 for the steps under the Eligibility criteria to be validated and the relevant Reward to be sent to your designated email address.
    5. The Reward may be subject to additional Tillo terms – detailed information on how to use the Reward will be sent by Tillo on your designated email address.
    6. Kindly note that if you avail of your Reward your personal data will be processed by Tillo as a data controller separate from Tide and in line with Tillo’s privacy policy found here.
  5. Other
    1. This Offer applies to new Tide members only. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Offer.
    2. Participation in this Offer is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.
    3. We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.
    4. An applicant must use the Offer as intended by Tide and must not use their Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.
    5. We reserve the right to reverse any Reward you receive during this Offer if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, or (ii) it is found that you have breached the Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide account.
    6. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Offer (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
    7. Tide reserves its right to open a Tide Membership Account for you only after you have passed our KYC checks as per the Tide Membership T&Cs. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide account by the closing date of the Offer.
