What will happen if I have only one account with Tide and switch to another provider?

When you request to switch your only Tide account to another provider, we will close your Tide account on the 7th day of your switching request. This is set by the Current Account Switch Scheme's rules.

Once we close your account, you will no longer see it in your Tide app, or on the web.

Note: Your membership with Tide will remain active. Tap 'Support' in your app if you wish to cancel it.
