Freezing or Cancelling your card

After your Tide MasterCard has been activated, you can temporarily freeze your card at any point. Freezing your card will temporarily block all transactions made using your Tide card. Unfreezing your card will allow transactions made using your Tide card to be processed as normal.

To begin the process of freezing a card, visit the Accounts page (accessed via the bottom navigation bar) and select the Card Icon.

If you have more than one Tide MasterCard, find the card you wish to freeze by swiping left or right on the picture of the cards.

Tap Freeze card for a specific card to freeze it. You will be presented with the following confirmation screen.

Tap Confirm to immediately freeze your Tide card, temporarily blocking all transactions.

To unfreeze an account, navigate back to the Manage cards page.

If you have more than one Tide MasterCard, find the card you wish to unfreeze by swiping left or right on the picture of the cards. Tap Unfreeze card for a specific card to unfreeze it. You will be presented with the following confirmation screen.

Tap Confirm to immediately unfreeze your Tide card. You will immediately be able to use this card for transactions and cash withdrawals.

To Cancel tap Cancel card. In the following screen, identify the reason you are cancelling your card, then tap Next in the top right hand corner.

Hi ask few weeks ago to send my card to my home address and I still as not received a reply.
can I download the apps on my laptop?.
