What happens if I enter incorrect recipient details for my EUR SEPA payment?

If you enter incorrect recipient details for your EUR SEPA payment, the payment won't be processed and won't show in your transaction history. Tide can still charge a fee for the transaction. These payments may still be processed if the wrong IBAN you entered exists. If you see such a payment on your timeline, tap 'Support' in your app. Our team will try to help you recover it.
