Can I cancel an invoice after I’ve sent it?

Yes, you can. 

Here’s how to do it in 3 quick steps: 

  1. Select the invoice
  2. Go to Actions > Cancel invoice
  3. Review your changes and send the email – your invoice won’t be cancelled if you don’t complete this step

Please note, you can’t cancel invoices that are due to be paid via Direct Debit.
