I’ve lost my Tide card/ My Tide card has been stolen. Can I still use Apple Pay?

If you freeze your Tide card in the app, you won’t be able to use Apple Pay.

Instead, open a chat as soon as possible, so that we can reorder your card, and allow you to continue using Apple Pay meanwhile.

When receiving and activating your new card, the details in the Apple Wallet will be updated automatically.

Important: We use Mastercard’s secure service – ‘Automatic Billing Updater’, to update your new card details, for subscription services like Amazon, Netflix, Apple etc. 

If you don’t want your billing information to be updated, please cancel your subscription with the service provider directly. 

*Automatic Billing Updater only updates your details with merchants who have registered for this service.
