General Exclusion

This promotion is not open to current employees and other personnel of Tide or any of its group companies. Any referral made or received by an excluded person will not qualify for a Reward, and Tide reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or recover any Reward credited in breach of this exclusion in accordance with clause 4(e) of Tide’s Promotion Terms.

The Referrer must be an existing Tide Member.

The Referrer must have received a unique Referral Code assigned to them via the Tide app, in-app messaging or email from Tide.

The Referrer must not be an excluded person under the General Exclusion above.

The Referee must use the Referral Code and meet Reward 2 eligibility.

Special Conditions

The Reward will be based on your subscription tier at the time the Referee successfully completed onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

The Referee must be a new Tide applicant with no prior account.

The Referee must apply during the Promotional Period.

The Referee must pass KYC and be approved for a Tide Business Account.

The Referee must enter the Referral Code (during or within 7 days of sign-up and always within the Promotion Period).

Referee must spend a minimum of £500 on their Tide Card within 90 days of opening their Tide Business Account.

The Referee must not be an excluded person under the General Exclusion above.
