What is a confirmation statement?

A confirmation statement is simply an update from you to Companies House with key information about your business. It includes details like your office address, directors’ names and what type of business you are. UK limited companies are legally required to update Companies House annually and on time, to ensure they always hold accurate information about your business.

Companies House identity verification

From 18th November, you’ll need to verify your identity with an ACSP. Tide is now an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) which means we can verify your identity on behalf of Companies House.
