What do I do if I think I've been defrauded?

If you think you've been targeted by a scam, call our Fraud Rapid Response team immediately. If you're calling from the UK, the number is 159. If you're calling from outside of the UK, the number is +44 20 4587 0366. Line are open 24/7 to support you whether you're uneasy about a communication or are facing an emergency. If you need to contact us another way, get in touch through your Tide app's messenger by tapping 'Support' > 'Messages'.

  • Tide Max - unlimited free transfers

Fees are billed as part of our monthly billing process, and will be included in the total fee amount summary on your bank statement.

If your Banking Provider usually charges you fees for making payments, you will have to pay those fees to your Banking Provider in the usual way.
