How do I connect my Tide Business Account to DATEV?

You can sync your Tide Business Account  transactions with DATEV by clicking on ‘Admin’ tab in app and then selecting ‘Connect to DATEV’ and follow the steps:

Tide Standard/Free: No free payments included, you’ll be charged 20p per payment Tide Smart: 20 free payments are included in your plan. You’ll be charged 20p per EUR SEPA payment over this allowance Tide Pro: Unlimited free payments are included in your plan, so you won’t be charged a fee Tide Max: Unlimited free payments are included in your plan, so you won’t be charged a fee

  • Provide your ‘Advisor Code’ and ‘Client code’

  • Login with DATEV username & password and allow access

  • Choose your transaction sync preferences, whether you want all your transactions to be synced or only those after specific date
