How do I cancel my card?

You can freeze your card temporarily, or cancel it through your Tide app by going to the 'Accounts' tab > 'Cards' > 'Cancel card permanently'. 

Any authorised pending payments, made before cancelling, will still go through.

Xero can sync your transactions made within the last 12 months. If this is your first sync and you’ve had your Tide account for more than 12 months, you’ll have to manually import any transactions that are older than 12 months.

  • If you cancel your card and order a new one later, replace an online card, or one that’s ‘Lost’ or ‘Stolen’ – you’ll need to manually update your subscription billing details.

  • If you upgrade your account and receive a black card, or request a new card for any other reason – your subscriptions will be automatically updated with ‘Automatic Billing Updater’.
