What should I do if I can’t find my bank?

As this is a relatively new feature for Tide, the number of banks we are able to connect to is growing all the time. If your bank is not currently available, please try again soon.Accountancy Integrations page, disconnect from Xero and then connect again. If your reconnect is successful, you’ll see the status change to “Awaiting first transaction to sync”. The sync should take around 2 hours – after that, you’ll see the status change to “Synced”.

If you’re still seeing a sync error, you can chat with our team in your Tide app.
