How can I stay safe from fraud?

There are key things to know which can help you stay safe from fraud.

Tide will never ask you to move your money for any reason. If someone is calling 'from Tide' and asks you to do this, hang up and ring our Fraud Rapid Response team immediately. The number is 159 if calling from the UK and +44 20 4587 0366 if calling from outside of the UK. Line are open 24/7 to support you whether you're uneasy about a communication or are facing an emergency.

Official institutions, such as energy suppliers, HMRC, the police or any similar insitution, will never pressure you to send them money.
