How to use your Sales Hub

Sales Hub brings your digital payments solutions together in one place, helping you to easily receive and manage your sales and revenue.

We’ll be rolling out Sales Hub over the coming months. When you have access, you’ll see it in your app by logging in and going to the ‘Sales’ tab.

Take quick actions in 'Overview'

The first section of Sales Hub is the ‘Overview’ tab, where you can:

  • See how much you’ve made this month Through Payment Links and Tide Instant Checkout

  • Create a new Payment Link Which you can learn more about here

  • Create a new item to sell  And list it on your site

  • Easily share your bank details So your customers can pay you by bank transfer 

Analyse your sales with 'Performance'

The ‘Performance’ tab contains your sales information, which shows:

  • What items you’ve sold And the amount they sold for

  • Your payments, transactions and earnings And how the payments have been made

  • The status of these payments Such as whether a Payment Link has been paid yet

Sell your items through 'Catalogue'

The ‘Catalogue’ tab shows the items you have for sale with their costs.

Here you can add new items by tapping Create item, and remove items by tapping on the item you want to remove.

You can see how an item you have for sale appears to your customers by tapping on it.

By tapping the settings icon next to Create item, you can make your storefront live and sell all of your items through a single link.
