Darren Bates-Hirst
Darren is Tide’s VP, People and Culture and looks after all things people related in our London office and in Sofia, Bulgaria. Darren has a breadth of experience of the startup landscape, from mobile advertising, home swapping (think The Holiday), and now FinTech having been with Tide for two years.
Darren is responsible for the global people strategy across recruitment, reward and engagement (pay, benefits, share options and payroll), people data, culture and office spaces.
