  • Effectively manage relationships with external vendors to uphold high standards of office security, cleanliness, and maintenance, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Support the opening of our new office location in London, overseeing the setup and implementing improvements or changes as needed.
  • Ensure a warm welcome for all Tideans and guests, addressing any questions or requests promptly.
  • Keep the office stocked, organised, and well-maintained across multiple kitchens, conference rooms, and communal areas.
  • Collaborate with the workplace experience team to create a positive working environment for all employees (in-office and remote).
  • Plan and execute company-wide events on-site and off-site to foster a cohesive company culture.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our hybrid office model by devising creative strategies to engage remote Tideans effectively.

  • Partner with IT for technology needs across the office and events
  • Manage office-related budgets and conduct data analysis to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Uphold company traditions, discover new ways to delight the team, and provide excellent service to foster a positive Tide culture

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in office/facilities management and operations, ideally a scaling start-up with 300+ employees
  • You have experience working with senior management
  • You have abilities to adapt to a hybrid environment
  • You are calm under pressure, can effectively prioritise, multitask and manage time
  • You have exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy
