What happens if I added incorrect details (e.g. email address or phone number) for a Team Members user?

There are two ways to update your team member's details.

You can update your team member's mobile number anytime through your Tide app. Go to the 'Payments' tab, tap the icon in the top righthand corner, and then tap 'Go to settings' > 'Manage team' > 'Choose the team member' > 'Edit team member details'.

If you'd like to update your team member's name or email address, you'll need to archive them and add them again. To do this, tap the icon in the top right-hand corner of your app's 'Payments' tab, then tap 'Go to settings' > 'Manage team'. Select the relevant team member and tap 'Archive'.

You can then add them again by tapping the icon in the top right-hand of your app's 'Payments' tab, then tapping 'Go to settings' > 'Manage team'. Here you can add someone to your Tide app by entering their details and sending them an email invite link.
