Credit Line – Missed repayments

What happens if I miss a repayment?

If you miss your Credit Line repayment, you will have 30 days from the date of the first missed instalment to pay it.

You can make the payment, by depositing funds into your account.

If you are late or concerned you won’t be able to make a repayment on the Credit Line facility, let us know as soon as possible by emailing: collections@tide.co

Failure to hear from you within 30 days of your first missed repayment may result in us:

  • Setting off amounts you owe us against any funds you hold with us in other additional accounts

  • Terminating your Credit Line Terms and asking for repayment of the full facility balance

  • Restricting your access to future borrowing on any other credit facilities you have with us

  • Escalating the matter to a third-party debt collection agency

  • Reporting the missed payment to credit reference agencies
