How can I report the death of a Tide account holder?

We're prepared to support those who need to reach out to us about this, with the best possible guidance.

In the event of an account holder’s death, a co-director or Next of Kin should inform us by email at hello@tide.co 

We’ll need the following information:

  1. Your relationship to the account holder.

  2. A scanned, certified copy of the death certificate.

  3. A scanned, certified copy of your ID/Passport/Driving licence.

  4. A will if one exists and the name of the will’s executor.

  5. If a will does exist, please provide a scanned, certified copy of the will.
