Connecting a bank account

How do I connect my account?

Connecting your existing business account is very straightforward as there are just a few short steps to follow. We use Open Banking to enable you to connect your account to our platform. You will then be able to view your business current account transactions, as well as use some of our great time-saving features.

Step 1: Provide your contact information

Step 2: Select your banking provider

Step 3: We’ll direct you to your banking provider to log in and authenticate the account you wish to connect - you’ll need your bank login credentials for this but these will be kept secure and Tide won’t be able to view them.

Step 4: Provide some basic details about you and your business eg name, Date of birth

Step 5: You will have access!
