TDS – BCA – Promotional offer Terms & Conditions

1.Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers £50.00 cashback (“Rewards”) to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 below (“Offer”). The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”).


2.Eligibility criteria:Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 3).

  • 2.1Download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete  checks (“KYC”) and successfully open an accounon or after 1st June 2024 (“Offer Period”). Tide reserves its right to open a Tide Account for you only after you have passed our KYC checks as per the Tide Membership Terms. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide account.
  • 2.2Successfully fund your Tide account with minimum £100 within 30 days of opening the account, excluding any disputes and recharges.
  • 2.3Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the relevant Reward under this Offer pursuant to clause 5.b) below.
  • 2.4The applicant is required to enter the promo code ‘TDSOFFER’ (“Promo Code”); 

3.While signing up for a Tide business bank account during the Offer Period on https://web.tide.co/sign-up/, or

  • 3.1While signing up via the app, or
  • 3.2Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s ‘More menu’ within 1 week of opening their account, or
  • 3.3By letting us know through the in-app chat within 1 week of opening their account.

4.Rewards

  • 4.1For each applicant who has successfully opened a Tide account by meeting the Eligibility criteria under clause 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4,a £50.00 Reward will be applied to the new member’s Tide account;
  • 4.2It can take up to 6-8 weeks after you have met the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 for the steps under the Eligibility criteria to be validated and the relevant Rewards to be transferred to your new Tide account.

5.Other

  • 5.1This Offer applies only to new Tide members who are opening a Tide account for the first time. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Offer.
  • 5.2Participation in this Offer is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.
  • 5.3We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.
  • 5.4An applicant must use the Offer as intended by Tide and must not use the Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.
  • 5.5We reserve the right to reverse any cashback Reward you receive during this Offer if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, (ii) it is found that you have breached the Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide account, or (iii) a technical error has occurred when applying the Reward.
  • 5.6If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Offer (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
  • 5.7Tide gives no warranty of any kind nor accepts any liability whatsoever in connection with this Offer or other services/products or your use of it.
  • 5.8This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to the opening of a new Tide account.
