Receipt Importer: your weekly expenses done in seconds
We’re delighted to announce that our new feature, the Receipt Importer, is now live!
Here at Tide, we’re on a mission to help you spend less time doing admin. After several months of testing with over 3,000 members, we’re launching our receipt importer! Another tool designed to make managing your expenses even easier.
Bulk upload receipts using the Tide app or on the web, and we’ll automatically match them to the relevant transaction. You can add a note if you like and it’s all stored digitally within the app. You can download all of your receipts at any time, in the web app.
How to use Receipt Importer
Pay using your Tide card
Keep hold of your receipt.
Log into the Tide app, go to More > Receipt Importer
Can’t see it? Visit your app store and make sure you’re using the latest version.
Upload or take a photo of the receipt and we’ll find the matching transaction
You can upload receipts in bulk or as you go, whatever works best for you. If we can’t find a transaction, for example if it’s handwritten, you can match it manually.

Bulk upload on the web
Don’t forget, you can bulk upload an unlimited number of receipts on the web. Log in to your Tide app and head to More > Log in on your computer, then scan the QR code on the web login page. Once you’re logged in on the web, head to the Account Management section where you’ll find the Receipt Importer.
