Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers a £100 gift voucher (“Reward”) to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 below (the “Offer”). The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

In order to receive the Offer, the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria as follows (“Eligibility”):

Download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete checks and successfully connect your non-Tide business account to Tide Membership between 8th July 2024 and 23:59 on 31 July 2024 (“Offer Period”).

Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 3)

Successfully open a Tide Instant Saver account between 8th July 2024 – 23:59 on 31 July 2024 (“Offer Period”) upon connecting your non-Tide business account to Tide Membership as per clause 2.a

Successfully hold £200 in your Tide Instant Saver account for 1 month from opening the account

Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) as well as terms and conditions for Tide Instant Saver account until receiving the Reward under this Offer pursuant to clause 4.d) below.

The applicant is required to enter the promo code ‘TISPARTNER100’ (“Promo Code”) while signing up to a Savings Account by connecting their non-Tide Business account via the app

Reward

For each applicant who has successfully connected to Tide Membership by meeting the Eligibility criteria under clause 2.1), 2), 3), 4) and 5) will receive a £100 gift voucher (“Reward”).

The Reward is limited to one voucher per business connected to Tide Membership.

The Reward will arrive at the e-mail address you provided in your Tide Membership application.

It can take up to 6-8 weeks after you have met the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 for the steps under the Eligibility criteria to be validated and the relevant Reward to be sent to your designated email address.

Account opening is subject to Tide Membership eligibility criteria (see the Tide Membership Terms for further details). Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide Membership by the closing date of the Offer.

In addition, applicants must have a non-Tide business bank account already set up, at a supported banking institution. Please see here for details of our eligibility criteria. Tide has no obligation to approve any application for Tide Membership.

The Reward may be subject to additional Tillo terms – detailed information on how to use the Reward will be sent by Tillo on your designated email address.

Applicants must use the Offer as intended by Tide and must not use their referral code as a means to generate income or business.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Offer (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Offer) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.

Kindly note that if you avail of your Reward your personal data will be processed by Tillo as a data controller separate from Tide and in line with Tillo’s privacy policy found here.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions or withdraw this Offer at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to connecting a non-Tide business account.
