The Help team gets a new name!
I’ve recently joined Tide to head up the Help team here – and I’m loving every minute of it. It’s been great getting to know our members and developing ways we can help them as best we can.
In the few months I’ve been at Tide, it quickly became clear to me that ‘Help’ is not a true representation of the work that my team does. So, we wanted a new name to fully reflect their skills, knowledge and the service that they go above and beyond to offer our valued members every day.
I’m delighted to share that we are now the Member Support team! We feel that the name better represents our ethos and what we stand for as a team at Tide: connected, because we care.
Our team works tirelessly to support all Tide members achieve our mission to do less banking. We’re available to support you with any queries or issues you may have during the week from 8am to 7pm, and 9am to 6pm over the weekend, or at email@example.com.
