Your marketing preferences – what you need to know
Last week, some of our members were shown a message in the Tide app that allowed them to opt in or opt out of marketing from us. The message was visible to some iOS users on 6 and 7 June, and was only shown due to a technical issue on our side. We’re very sorry about this, and we’d like to reassure you that this wasn’t intentional.
If you were one of the users who saw this message and used it to change your marketing preferences, please note that these changes have not been reflected. The marketing preferences you chose before you responded to this message will continue to apply.

- Go to More
- Tap Login and security
- Choose Contact preferences to review or amend
