Managing your business is easier in our updated app
As always, small business owners like you are the inspiration behind our latest Tide app redesign. We collected feedback about our recent improvements, then developed and tested new solutions with a group of our members to provide you with the best in-app experience.
We’ve used these insights to further improve the Settings area of our app, so you can manage your business finances in a quicker and easier way.
What’s new
To access Settings in your Tide app, tap your profile icon in the top right of the screen, then tap Go to settings.
Use shortcuts 🏃
You’ve got quick access to the areas of our app that our members told us they use frequently. In Settings, you’ll see icons that you can tap to manage your team, view your statements, and more
View your plan details ✅
Instantly access your plan benefits, cost and more. Go to Settings, and in the Business details section, tap Tide plan
Add additional businesses ➕
As you expand, add more businesses to your Tide app so you can manage all your finances in one place. You can register a new business, or transfer management of an existing business from your Tide account on another device. Simply tap your profile icon, then Add a business
Switch between businesses 📱
Manage each of your businesses’ finances with ease by switching between them in seconds. Tap your profile icon, then simply select the name of the business to view its Tide account
Update your personal details 🔏
Got a new email address, mobile number or home address? Update it in the app. In Settings, scroll down to the Profile section and tap Personal details to select the information that needs updating
View your business details 👀
To see the trading address, VAT number, tax and compliance details and more info associated with your Tide account, go to Settings. Under the Business details section, tap Business details to select the information you’d like to see. If you need to update any of your business details, tap Support in your Tide app to send us a message
Log in to Tide on the web 💻
There are now two quicker ways to securely log into Tide on the web.
- Via the shortcuts: Go to Settings and tap the Log in to web icon
- Via the business settings: In Settings, go to the Business details section. Tap Log in & Security, then Log in to web
