People Operations Analyst

About You 

We are looking for a process-driven People Operations Analyst who will support our global people operations team and provide best-in-class employee experience .

You’ll be hands-on and self-motivated, someone who is very familiar with the end-to-end employee lifecycle. You’ll be working on all things people-related, implementing new processes and improving existing ones. A data-driven and fast – learning individual, you’ll also be supporting projects related to our day-to-day Tideans needs. 

Some of the things you’ll be doing: 

  • Supporting the smooth running of People Operations, including HRIS administration, onboarding/offboarding and more
  • Supporting all People (HR) processes internally 
  • Participating in creating guidance, toolkits and workflows for key processes, educating and training the business 
  • Preparing regular reports and People (HR) related data analysis
  • Supporting the People Partners and Talent Team with policy/process implementation
  • Keeping all People (HR) tools and systems up to date, report issues and fix errors

You’ll be a great fit if: 

  • You have at least 3  years experience in  people operations preferably in a fast-growing startup environment
  • You have previous experience working across the whole employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding 
  • You’re organised with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • You have an eye for detail, and focus on delivery and quality
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
  • You have  some experience with EU/UK labour law ( desirable)
  • You have some familiarity with Lattice and BambooHR (desirable)
