About You

We’re looking for a talented Product manager who is passionate about brilliant customer experiences, and knows how to make them happen. You’ll be a key contributor to our continued success as we shape the future of our financial platform for small & medium-sized businesses.

As a Product Manager in Tide’s member engagement team you will own and shape how our members interact with their admin and finances on a daily basis, helping them to grow their business and giving them time back to do what they love.

You’ll be able to bring your product vision to life whilst working alongside engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketers to research, build, and deliver value to our members as you look to continually improve Tide’s in-app user experience.  


Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Defining the vision and product roadmap that drives the necessary improvements to our in app experience including member profile, member directory and membership settings.
  • Lead full stack development teams to deliver new and existing roadmap items in an agile, data-driven way.
  • Executing (and advocating for) polished, intuitive and accessible user experiences. You're pragmatic and able to balance the ideal experience with knowing where and when to make scoping trade-offs based on technical constraints, experimentation strategy or business risk.
  • Assessing opportunities, understanding behaviour, and testing hypotheses with data analysis to continuously improve the experience
  • Leading by example, you will be hands on, taking ownership for business metrics and product KPIs and playing a pivotal role in bringing all stakeholders onboard
  • Performing a meaningful role in Tide’s Product Community of Practice

You’ll be a great fit if: 

  • You’ve shipped market-leading products in a fast-growing product-focused company before as a Product Manager and/or Senior Product Manager
  • You’re a product evangelist, obsessed with the end-user, well-versed in best product research and development practices and are willing to share your knowledge with other Product Managers
  • You have experience in applying design thinking techniques to test and build exceptional experiences.
  • You’re organised and pragmatic, capable of leading a technical interdisciplinary team;
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
  • You have practical agile product development experience and can take an idea from inception to launch using agile working practices
  • You have experience with data-driven segmentation, targeting a/b testing and BI tools
