Tide Card Reader £100 Cash back Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers up to [£100] cashback (“Reward”) to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 below (the “Offer”). The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

2. In order to receive the Offer, the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria as follows (“Eligibility”):

   1. Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 3).

   2. Follow the steps to complete (“KYC”) checks and successfully open an account between 16/09/2024  and 30/10/2024 (“Offer Period”).

   3. Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the Reward under this Offer pursuant to clause 4.b) below.

   4. Successfully order a Tide Card Reader within the Tide app within [30 days] of opening the account.

   5. Use the Tide Card Reader to successfully accept [£500] of payments on the device within the first [60 days] of account opening in order to receive a [£100] reward.

   6. Tide reserves its right to open a Tide Membership Account for you only after you have passed our KYC checks as per the Tide Membership T&Cs. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide account by the closing date of the Offer.

3. The applicant is required to enter the promo code [“TCR100CARD”]’ (“Promo Code”);

   1. While signing up for a Tide business bank account during the Offer Period on https://web.tide.co/sign-up/, or

   2. While signing up via the app, or

   3. Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s More menu within 1 week of opening their account, or

   4. By letting us know through the in-app chat within 1 week of opening their account.

4. Reward

   1. For each successful applicant, a £100 Reward will be applied to the new member's account;

   2. It can take 6-8 weeks after you have met the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 for the Rewards to be validated and the Rewards to be transferred to the new member’s account.

5. Other

   1. This Offer applies to new Tide members only. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Offer.

   2. Participation in this Offer is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.

   3. We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.

   4. An applicant must use the Offer as intended by Tide and must not use their Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.

   5. We reserve the right to reverse any cashback Reward you receive during this Offer if the Reward was earned fraudulently, if it is found that you have breached the Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide account.

   6. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Offer (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.

   7. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to opening of a new Tide account.
