GoDaddy - Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

1.Promotion. Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers a refund of company registration costs in the amount of £14.99, plus £50.00 cash reward to all applicants who meet the respective Eligibility Criteria outlined in clause 3 below (“Promotion”). 

Terms. The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”).

2.Eligibility Criteria. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, the applicant must:

2.a) Incorporate a limited liability company through Tide’s Company Formation sign-up page at https://www.tide.co/partner-godaddy-cofo/?ref=godaddy (“Sign-up Page”) within the Promotional Period.

2.b) Download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete  compliance checks (“KYC”) and successfully open a Tide business account between 18/02/2025 and 18/02/2035 (“Promotional Period”) through the Sign-up Page. Tide reserves its right to open a Tide business account for the applicant only after they have passed all necessary KYC checks as per the Tide Terms. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide business account.

2.c) Spend minimum £100.00 on their Tide business account within 30 calendar days from the date they open an account.

2.d) Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the relevant Reward under this Promotion.

(each of these sub-clauses referred separately hereinbelow as “Eligibility Criteria”).

3.Promo Code. The applicant is required to enter the promo code “GODADDY” (“Promo Code”); 

3.a) On the Sign-up Page while registering for a Tide business account  during the Promotional Period, or

3.b) Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s ‘Refer a Friend' section under ‘Redeem’ tab within one (1) week of opening their account, or

3.c) By letting us know through the in-app chat within one (1) week of opening their account.

4.Reward

4.a) For each applicant who has successfully opened a Tide business account by meeting the Eligibility Criteria under clause 2a, 2b and 2d, a refund of the company registration costs in the amount of £14.99 will be applied to their Tide business account (“Reward”).

4.b) An additional £50.00 monetary reward will be applied to their Tide business account if they also meet the additional Eligibility Criteria under clause 2(c) (“Additional Reward”).

4.c) It can take up to 8 weeks after the applicant has met the Eligibility Criteria outlined in clause 2 above for the requirements to be validated and both the Reward as well as the Additional Reward to be transferred to their Tide business account.

5.Miscellaneous

5.a) This Promotion applies only to new Tide members who are registering a new limited liability company and opening a Tide business account for the first time. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Promotion.

5.b) Participation in this Promotion is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.

5.c) We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. The participant’s continued use of Tide’s services shall constitute their acceptance of any such amendments.

5.d) An applicant must use the Promotion as intended by Tide and must not use the Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.

5.e) Tide reserves the right to reverse any reward an applicant receives during this Promotion if (i) the reward was earned fraudulently, (ii) it is found that the applicant has breached the Promotion Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide business account, or (iii) a technical error has occurred when applying the reward.

5.f) If Tide has reasonable grounds to believe that an applicant has engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain any of the rewards) Tide may in its sole discretion take any actions it sees fit in the circumstances.

5.g) Tide gives no warranty and accepts no liability in connection with this Promotion or other services/products or the participant’s use of them.

5.h) This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to the opening of a new Tide business account.

5.i) Applicants will need to pay the company formation fee upfront. This fee will be fully reimbursed to you subject to your application being processed and approved in accordance with the promotional offer t&c's. Please ensure you have the necessary funds available for the initial payment
