6 Month Extension Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion.
Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers an additional 6 months of the Tide Instant Saver Boost rate for no cost to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 3 below (the “Promotion”). This is in addition to the standard introductory bonus rate new members receive during the first 6 months of opening their Tide Instant Saver account.
2. Terms. The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”).
3. Eligibility Criteria. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, the applicant must:
3.1 Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 4).
3.2. Download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete Know Your Customer (“KYC”) checks and successfully open a Tide Business Current Account (all new Tide Members who open a Tide Business Account get a Tide Instant Saver account with it automatically) or successfully connect an external bank account to the Tide Platform and open a Tide Instant Saver account, between 22nd May 2025 and 31st July 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
3.3. Hold an active Tide membership and comply with the standard terms and conditions applicable to Tide Business Account Holders or Tide Members using the Tide Platform with an external bank account ("Tide Terms") until receiving the Reward under this Promotion.
4. Promo Code. The applicant is required to enter promo code UNICORNS (“Promo Code”):
4.1 While signing up to Tide to the Tide Platform during the Promotional Period.
4.2 Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app under 'Account Details > Refer a friend > Redeem' within 1 week of opening their account, or
4.3 By contacting us through the in-app chat within 1 week of opening their account.
5. Reward.
5.1 For each applicant who has met the Eligibility Criteria under clause 3 above, 12 months of the Tide Instant Saver Boost rate will be applied to their Tide Business Account (“Reward”).
6. Miscellaneous.
6.1 This Promotion applies only to new Tide members who are opening a Tide account for the first time. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Promotion.
6.2 Participation in this Promotion is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.
6.3 We encourage participants to check the Promotion Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Promotion Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. The participant’s continued use of Tide’s services shall constitute their acceptance of any such amendments.
6.4 An applicant must use the Promotion as intended by Tide and must not use the Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.
6.5 Tide reserves the right to reverse any Reward an applicant receives during this Promotion if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, (ii) it is found that the applicant has breached the Promotion Terms or the Tide Terms, or (iii) a technical error has occurred when applying the Reward.
6.6 If Tide has reasonable grounds to believe that an applicant has engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) Tide may in its sole discretion take any actions it sees fit in the circumstances.
6.7 Tide gives no warranty and accepts no liability in connection with this Promotion or other services/products or the participant’s use of them.
6.8 This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to the opening of a new Tide account.
