XMAS25 Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion. Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers the chance to win £5000 cash reward, £100 cash reward, £50 cash reward, Free Tide Pro for 1 year and Free Tide Max for 6 months in a prize draw, open to applicants who meet the Eligibility Criteria and opt into the draw, as outlined in clause 3 below. 5 winners will be selected to receive the reward (“Promotion”). 

2. Terms. The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”).

3. Eligibility Criteria. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, the applicant must:

   1. Download the Tide app, complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 4) and follow the steps to complete checks (“KYC”) and successfully open an account between 11th of December 2025 and 31st of December 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Tide reserves its right to open a Tide Account for the applicant only after they have passed our KYC checks as per the Tide Terms. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide account.

   2. Fund their Tide account with a minimum £100 by 31/12/2025.

   3. Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the relevant Reward under this Promotion. (each of these sub-clauses referred separately hereinbelow as “Eligibility Criteria”).

4. Promo Code. The applicant is required to enter the promo code “XMAS25” (“Promo Code”); 

   1. While signing up for a business bank account during the Promotional Period on https://web.tide.co/sign-up/, or

   2. While signing up via the Tide app, or

   3. Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s ‘More menu’ within one (1) week of opening their account, or

   4. By letting us know through the in-app chat within one (1) week of opening their account.

5. Reward

   1. Each applicant who successfully meets the Eligibility Criteria under clause 3, will be automatically entered into  a prize draw for a chance to win one of the following prizes (each a “Reward”):

   2. 1 x £5000 cash reward

   3. 1 x prize of £100 

   4. 1 x prize of £50. 

   5. 1x Free Tide Pro plan for 1 year.

   6. 1x Free Tide Max plan for 6 months.

   7. The prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

   8. The prize draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable UK regulations, with 5 winners randomly selected among the valid entries between the 12th and 19th of January 2026. The results of the prize draw will be announced by the 23rd of January and the Rewards will be credited to each winning applicant’s Tide business account. The winners of the Rewards under d) and e) will receive confirmation about the free period and instructions how to activate it.  It can take up to 6 weeks after the applicant has met the Eligibility Criteria outlined in clause 3 above for the requirements to be validated and the relevant Reward to be transferred to the applicant’s Tide account.

6. Miscellaneous

   1. This Promotion applies only to new Tide members who are opening a Tide account for the first time. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Promotion.

   2. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to enter the promotion on the Promoter’s website or app.

   3. The winner will have 7 days from the notification to accept their prize. 

   4. Before and after acceptance, it will be a condition of entitlement to the Reward and for the transfer of the funds that the winner passes any further verification processes by the Promoter . Any Reward for a winner who does not pass the verification process will be deemed void and the Promoter shall not be held responsible or liable to such winner in any circumstance.

   5. Pursuant to the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) in all cases the Promoter must, upon request by the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) or other legal authority, make available information evidencing that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may share the name, surname and county of the Reward winners.

   6. In the case that the winner does not respond in time to first contact, reject the Reward or have subsequently become ineligible or disqualified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the valid entries. 

   7. The prize may not be claimed, accepted or received by a third party on behalf of the company or sole trader holding the account.  Further,  the person who opened the application for the Tide account needs to remain the authorised representative or director of the business/company holding the winning Tide account.

   8. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. 

   9. Participation in this Promotion is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.

   10. We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. The participant’s continued use of Tide’s services shall constitute their acceptance of any such amendments.

   11. An applicant must use the Promotion as intended by Tide and must not use the Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.

   12. Tide reserves the right to reverse any cashback Reward an applicant receives during this Promotion if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, (ii) it is found that the applicant has breached the Promotion Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide account, or (iii) a technical or operational error has occurred when applying the Reward.

   13. If Tide has reasonable grounds to believe that an applicant has engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) Tide may in its sole discretion take any actions it sees fit in the circumstances.

   14. Tide gives no warranty and accepts no liability in connection with this Promotion or other services/products or the participant’s use of them.

   15. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to the opening of a new Tide account.
