What is contract works insurance?

Contract Works Insurance is a type of business insurance built to protect your ongoing construction projects.

It provides a financial safety net for everything from the physical structures you’re building to the materials waiting to be used on-site.

If a fire, flood, or theft occurs before a project is finished, this cover helps you get back on track without the added worry.

This policy does not cover completed work, gradual wear and tear, or damage resulting from design faults and poor workmanship.
