Ama Amo-Agyei

(Host)

Ama Amo-Agyei founded Plantmade, a wellness and beauty brand she grew from her kitchen into one of the UK’s fastest-growing businesses.

After five years as CEO, she is now a marketer, keynote speaker, and creator focused on business and wellness.

She shares honest lessons from building a brand from scratch, including the wins, mistakes, and mindset shifts along the way. Her work explores what growth really requires, from scaling teams to recovering from burnout.

Today, Ama speaks and creates content at the intersection of business, marketing, and wellness to help founders and professionals think clearly, grow sustainably, and stay grounded.

Olivia Jenkins

(Speaker)

Founder of D. Louise, Olivia Jenkins is an award-winning entrepreneur and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Since 2021, she has scaled the jewellery brand into an international business rooted in quality, sustainability, and empowerment. With a background in eCommerce and marketing, she also serves as Chairwoman of Business Beats Cancer London and mentors emerging entrepreneurs.

Eni Awoyemi

(Speaker)

Founder of feYi Flowers, Eni created the brand from love, creativity, and a desire to bring modern, meaningful floral design to women. Named after her daughter Feyi, meaning “take this as my joy” in Yoruba, it began in her garden as self-care. Unable to find styles that reflected her, she built a women-led brand offering unique paper-wrapped bouquets that celebrate individuality, joy, and everyday beauty.
