Search for and export your transactions and statements

On this page you'll learn how to:

Search and export your transactions

Search for a transaction in your app

  1. Tap Pay > Find a transaction

  2. Use the search bar to look up a payment by keywords. For example, the name of the person you've paid or that have paid you, as well as what the payment was for

  3. Filter your transactions by date range, category, type and status of the transactions

Categorise your transactions by account

You can change your account icon, so transactions related to that account are easily viewed together.

You can’t change your icon for your Tide Instant Saver account.

  1. Go to Pay 

  2. Select the account 

  3. Tap Personalise account 

  4. Choose from the available icons

Export your transactions through your app

  1. Tap Pay > View more under your transactions list

  2. Filter the transactions you'd like to export

  3. Then tap the 'Share' icon in the top right > select a CSV type > Export to save the file on your device

  4. Tap Standard - Cleared only (including running balance) to see your cleared balance listed after each transaction

Export your transactions through Tide on the web

  1. Go to Accounts and select your preferred account

  2. Click the 'Funnel’ icon next to your account balance to filter the transactions you need > Apply Filter > Export

  3. Select a CSV type and whether to have attachments included

  4. Click Export to save the file in a new folder on your device

  5. Select Standard (Cleared transactions only) to see your cleared balance listed after each transaction

Statements are issued on the 4th of each following month, in-app.

If you're a Registered Business, your statements will show your legal and trading name (if validated), as well as your registered address.

If you're a Sole Trader – your full personal name, the legal name of your business and your trading name (if verified), plus your trading address.

Download your custom-range statements

You can download custom statements as a PDF. If a statement contains more than 2,000 transactions, we’ll email you a secure download link instead.

The end date for a statement must be at least 3 days ago, and each document can cover up to 6 months of transactions.

In your app

  1. Tap your initials in the top-left corner > Profile and Settings >

  2. Then tap Bank account > Statements and documents > Account Statements > Custom date range

  3. Select your desired date range and download the document

  1. Choose the account you'd like to download statements for

  2. Click Account details ('i' icon in the top-right corner) > Statements

  3. Click Statement type > Custom range

  4. Select the period you want to cover and download the document
