If you are a Tide Business Current Account holder (account sort code is 04-06-05), or you have connected your external business account to Tide through Open Banking, then the following terms and conditions apply to you:

• ClearBank Terms (applicable if you’ve opened a Tide Instant Saver Account by connecting an external non-Tide current account)

Important: our Tide Membership and Product Terms govern your use of the Tide Platform and include our Tide Membership Terms as well as our Product-specific Terms, such as Tide Business Account Terms, Tide Card Terms, Tide Instant Saver Terms, Tide Payment Acceptance Terms, Paid Plans Terms, Tide Business Phone Number, Tide Accounting Terms, Invoice Assistant Terms, Tide Payroll Terms, Credit Score Insights Terms, Be Online Terms, Credit Broking Terms with Funding Options by Tide, Tide Insurance Terms Tide I.S. Limited, as well as our Fees Schedule.
