Terms and Conditions – Tide Business Account with £100 Welcome Bonus

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the promotion “Tide Business Account with €400 Welcome Bonus” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) conducted by the promoter.

The promoter of the Promotion is Tide Platform S.A, 7, Avenue Gaston Diderich, L-1420 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “Tide”).

Eligibility

Eligible participants are:

  1. All customers who download the Tide app,

  2. Complete the necessary verification steps using the promo code ‘100BIRTHDAY25’ to successfully open a Tide Business Account,

  3. And make transactions via their Tide Card amounting to at least £100 within the first 1 month from the account opening date.

(Cash withdrawals or transactions that are later reversed are excluded from the Promotion.)

For the purpose of these terms, “participant” refers to all persons regardless of gender.

Welcome Bonus

Each applicant who meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 3 will receive a £100 welcome bonus, which will be credited to their new Tide Business Account. The bonus may take up to 8 weeks to be paid after all conditions are met.

This promo code is valid for new customers only. Existing Tide members are not eligible for this offer.

Participation Period

Participation in the Promotion is possible during the following period: 13.10.2025, 08:00 to 31.12.2025, 23:59 (local time in UK).


Exclusions

The following transactions will not count as “qualifying payments” and are excluded from the Promotion:

  • Fees (e.g., banking product fees, rental charges), promotional items, gift cards, cheques, charges, interest, or bill payments

  • Deposits, balance transfers, or other money transfers (e.g., credit or loan repayments, credit card repayments)

  • Cash withdrawals

  • Top-ups or payments to payment service providers, prepaid cards, or prepaid accounts

  • Tax payments

  • Card transactions that are later disputed or reversed

Important Note: This list is not exhaustive and may change from time to time.

Merchants’ acquiring banks assign a specific code (called a Merchant Category Code (MCC)) based on what they sell or the services they offer. We use this MCC to determine whether a transaction qualifies as a “qualifying payment”. Tide does not control or change the MCC assigned to a merchant or transaction.


Other Provisions

  • Tide is not responsible for banks, merchants (acquirers), or payment networks, and is not liable for errors, issues, or delays caused by technical disruptions or other reasons beyond its control that may affect your ability to earn or receive the cashback bonus.

  • If your Tide Business Account is terminated or deactivated before the bonus is paid, you will forfeit your claim to the bonus.

  • Participants who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions or are found to have committed fraud may be excluded from the Promotion. In such cases, Tide may refuse to issue or reclaim previously paid bonuses.

  • The bonus cannot be paid in cash and cannot be combined with other bonuses or promotions.

  • If you previously opened and closed an account with the same account holder details, you are not eligible to receive a second welcome bonus.

  • Tide reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

  • If any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provisions shall be replaced with ones that best reflect the intended meaning of the parties.
