Evri Partner Rewards Spring Special 2024 Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers one year of free transfers and £100 cashback (“Rewards”) to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 below (the “Offer”). The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
  2. Eligibility criteria:
    1. Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 3).
    2. Download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete checks (“KYC”) and successfully submit an application between 02/03/2024 and 23:59 on 03/04/2024 (“Offer Period”). Tide reserves its right to open a Tide Account for you only after you have passed our KYC checks as per the Tide Terms. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide account.
    3. Successfully spend minimum £100 on your Tide card within 90 days of opening the account, excluding any disputes and recharges.
    4. Hold an active Tide membership and be compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the relevant Reward under this Offer pursuant to clause 5.2) below
  3. The applicant is required to enter the promo code EVRITIDE (“Promo Code”); 
    1. While signing up for a Tide business bank account during the Offer Period on https://web.tide.co/sign-up/, or
    2. While signing up via the app, or
    3. Retrospectively, the Promo Code can be applied within the app’s ‘More menu’ within 1 week of opening their account, or
    4. By letting us know through the in-app chat within 1 week of opening their account.
  4. Rewards
    1. For each applicant who has successfully opened a Tide account by meeting the Eligibility criteria under clause 2.1), 2.2) and 2.4), one year of free transfers to any UK accounts will be applied to the new Tide account;
    2. In addition, each applicant who meets the Eligibility criteria under clause 2.3) above, a £100 Reward will be applied to the new member’s account;
    3. It can take up to 6-8 weeks after you have met the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 for the steps under the Eligibility criteria to be validated and the relevant Rewards to be transferred to your new account. Discounts for free transfers will be applied to the new member’s account before the next billing cycle.
  5. Other
    1. This Offer applies only to new Tide members who are opening a Tide account for the first time. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Offer.
    2. Participation in this Offer is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.
    3. We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.
    4. An applicant must use the Offer as intended by Tide and must not use the Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.
    5. We reserve the right to reverse any cashback Reward you receive during this Offer if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, or (ii) it is found that you have breached the Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide account.
    6. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Offer (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
    7. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to the opening of a new Tide account.
