A seasoned marketing professional with 17+ years’ experience, beginning in TV sponsorship at Sky before transitioning into digital roles including social and influencer strategy at Benefit Cosmetics and MADE.com. She has since built an engaging personal brand, growing her TikTok and LinkedIn followings into platforms she uses to advocate for better hiring practices, pay transparency, and a healthier industry culture.

Named a Changemaker by Marketing Week, Lauren now works as a social media consultant, advising lifestyle and retail brands on strategy, social execution, creative direction, and operational optimisation.

Elfried Samba

Co-Founder and CEO of Butterfly Effect, a community-first marketing agency behind campaigns for Netflix, Bumble, McDonald’s, and Square. Previously Global Head of Social Content at Gymshark, Elfried helped grow its online community from 1.5M to over 20M followers — playing a key role in the brand’s rise to a £1.4B valuation alongside giants like Nike and Lululemon.
