Switch Business Account get £100* Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

  • Tide Platform Ltd (“Tide”) offers [£100] cashback (“Reward”) to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 below (the “Offer”). The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

  • In order to receive the Offer, the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria as follows (“Eligibility”):

    1. Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code SWITCH100. Go to Tide's official page to see eligibility to open a Tide account. 

    2. Complete the request to switch your business current account held with another provider to Tide using Current Account Switch Service (CASS) within 30 days of opening your new Tide account. You can find more information about the Current Account Switch Service  here.

    3. Hold an active Tide membership and remain compliant with all applicable standard terms and conditions for Tide accounts (“Tide Terms”) until receiving the Reward under this Offer pursuant to clause 4.b) below.

    4. Fund or transfer in balances of £500 or more into your Tide account within 30 of opening your new Tide account.

  • You won’t qualify for this offer if: 

    1. You switched into an account that isn’t a Tide Business Bank Account.

    2. You didn’t use our website or the Tide banking app to request your switch.

    3. You manually or only partially switched your account and did not complete a full switch.

    4. You did not use the Current Account Switch Service to complete your switch and the account you have with another provider wasn’t closed as part of the switch.

    5. You didn’t initiate the switch within 30 days of opening your Tide account.

    6. This offer is only valid on the first account switched to us which has not previously benefited from this or any previous account online switch offer. 

    7. If you do not add £500 in funds to your new Tide account.

  • Reward

    1. For each successful applicant, a [£100] Reward will be applied to the member's Tide bank account.

    2. It can take 6-8 weeks after you have met the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 for the Reward to be validated and the Reward to be transferred to the new member’s Tide bank account.

  • Other

    1. Participation in this Offer is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.

    2. We encourage participants to check these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.

    3. An applicant must use the Offer as intended by Tide and must not use their Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.

    4. We reserve the right to reverse any cashback Reward you receive during this Offer if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, or (ii) it is found that you have breached the Terms or the Tide Terms in relation to holding a Tide account.

    5. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Offer (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.

    6. Tide reserves its right to open a Tide Membership Account for you only after you have passed our KYC checks as per the Tide Membership T&Cs. Tide shall not be required to provide any reason or be held responsible that any applicant has not been approved for a Tide account by the closing date of the Offer.
