How to automate your invoices with Invoice Assistant

Invoice Assistant is our invoicing add-on that automatically chases your invoices, matches them to the correct payment, and helps you manage your overall cashflow.

Sign up for Invoice Assistant

You can sign up for Invoice Assistant in your app:

  1. Go to Admin > tap the 3 dots next to Invoices and Bills

  2. Tap Features > Invoice Assistant

  3. Tap Upgrade to Invoice Assistant and confirm your subscription

We’ll then send you an email to confirm your purchase.

Your billing

Invoice Assistant is billed in advance. We’ll charge you immediately when you sign up.

The first time, we’ll calculate the fee pro-rata, which means you’ll only pay for the remainder of the current month.

After that, we’ll start collecting the full £5.99 + VAT per month in the first week of each month, until you cancel.

  • If you want to use Invoice Assistant, but have an available free trial for Admin Extra, you must use the free trial first

  • If you don’t want to stay on Admin Extra when your trial is up, you can downgrade before it ends, and sign up for Invoice Assistant only

Cancelling your Invoice Assistant add-on

  1. Go to Admin > Invoices & Bills

  2. Tap Manage > Features

  3. Tap Invoice Assistant > Cancel subscription

If you change your mind, you can re-subscribe only after your current subscription is inactive.

If you’re on a free trial, the downgrade or cancellation will become effective immediately.

If you cancel your subscription after the last day of the current month, we’ll still charge you for that month. You’ll have access to Invoice Assistant until the end of the month you cancel.

Cancelling your Invoice Assistant as part of another subscription

If you’re using this add-on as part of an Accounting subscription, the steps are:

  1. Tap Manage and explore plans

  2. Tap Downgrade or cancel your subscription

.The downgrade or cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the following calendar month.
