How do I cancel a Direct Debit?

You can cancel your Direct Debits from the app. Tap: ‘Send’ > ‘Recurring payments’ > ‘Direct Debits’ > select a payment > ‘Cancel Direct Debit’ Please request this at least three days before the payment is due.
