What you can and can't use it for

Your Tide Merchant Account gives you a real-time, unified view of your sales transactions.

It displays your incoming card payment activities and pending balance.

It's view-only, so you can’t spend or withdraw money directly from it.

Find your account

If you’re a Tide member and eligible for any card payment service, you’ll automatically get one in your app.

Payment Links paid via bank transfer aren't visible in your merchant account.

Find your payments

  1. Make sure your first payment arrives

  2. Go to Pay

  3. Select your Merchant account from the stacked accounts

  4. Here you can filter your payments by date, type, payment method and status

  5. Tap on a payment to see the full payment amount, any deducted fees and how much you’ll receive after that, and an option to request a refund or share the receipt

Balance settlement timelines

The balance you see onscreen is the total amount of card sales waiting to be settled into your main Tide account, after fees.

You won’t be able to see any historical payments. To access those, tap the Sales tab.

Each payment is settled into your main Tide account in 2-3 business days. If you have an active Next Day Settlement Boost subscription when the payment is made, it’ll be the next business day.
