My device hasn’t arrived but it says it's been delivered?

In an unlikely scenario where a device is shown delivered but you have not received it yet, you should try to check the tracking link provided by the courier partner in your Tide app.

If the tracking link shows the order as delivered, you should look for the proof of delivery that shows the details of recipient and try to ensure it’s someone you know who has received the courier.
