Managing Your Account

Are there limits on my account?

You can view your account limits in your app. Go to the Pay > select your account from stacked accounts > Аccount Limits.

If you’d like to change your account limits, contact us by tapping Pay > select your account from stacked accounts > Account Limits > Request change.

Currently, you can request an increase for your account balance, monthly transfer and per-transaction limits. You can't  do this for your Card transaction or New Payee limits.
